The music is intentionally crafted for the experience\, and may include original\, live\, and curated sounds. \n\n\n\nThis is the dance you dance when nobody is watching — allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the “grace” or beauty of the dance\, just letting yourself go — connect and flow. \n\n\n\nEcstatic dance is a self-led inner/outer journey\, an authentic moving meditation where presence and ecstasy can be experienced.
