Align and Flow | Being Aligned

Bring yourself to center with this intentional and balanced practice. We will incorporate mindful movement with our breath as we safely build our practice from the ground up. Increase your physical, mental, and emotional flexibility, strength and endurance with this fun and functional flow class.

Yoga Basics | Foundational Being

A wonderful class for both new and experienced yogis. We will practice having a “beginners’ mindset” as we explore physical positioning on your mats, anatomical alignment, and gentle breathing techniques. You’ll feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to learn more following this comprehensive session.

Vinyasa Flow | Flowing Being

Vinyasa, which translates to “flowing with breath,” joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady rhythm within the practice.  Vinyasa flow classes are designed to build heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

Gentle Flow | Being Gentle with Yourself

Whether you are new to yoga, want a refresher, or simply want to practice with yoga basics, this class is for you.  Gentle flow is a combination of a slower paced flow followed by a series of floor based poses.  We will explore breathing, postures, and mindfulness, and how each of these work together to empower you to grow and evolve to live your life to the fullest!

Vinyasa for Strength and Mobility | Being Strong

Vinyasa strength and mobility incorporates the use of bands, straps, or light weights into a vinyasa style class to create a full body workout.  We warm the body up with sun salutations and mobility work, add repetitions of certain poses, and end with some deep and gentle stretches.  This class will get your heart, soul, and body feeling alive. 

Welcome to a class tailored to your unique needs!  Yoga for all is an inclusive practice geared towards working with all ability levels from beginner to advanced.  Instructors offer modifications and options for all postures and encourage you to find what feels good as there are so many ways poses can look and feel.  This class will help you grow in new ways in your practice, while opening up your mind, body and spirit to its fullest potential.

Loving Awareness Embodiment Yoga | Being Embodied

Sessions include an intuitively guided fusion of accessible, embodied movement (inspired by kriya yoga | kundalini yoga | body tapping | somatic healing movement, etc.), conscious breath, affirmative mantra repetition, guided meditation, intentional rest, and space to connect, integrate, and reflect.

Loving Awareness Yoga — Breathe. Connect. Embody.

Each session is accessible and beneficial to all, regardless of experience level.

Savi believes wholeheartedly that what YOGA as a practice is all about helping us to awaken to the authentic awesomeness that lives and breathes within us. Yoga literally means ‘to unite, yoke, join — we are here to unite our Infinite Nature with our Earth Nature, to embody this sacred gift of the Infinite in the Here and Now, authentically and joyfully, ever-expanding.

Private Class | Being YOU

Any of our sessions can be scheduled for a private class for yourself or a small group of your friends (3-4). Private sessions are a beautiful way to take your practice to a deeper level of understanding while getting specialized knowledge and attention based on your unique wellBEing needs and goals.
