Align and Flow
Bring yourself to center with this intentional and balanced practice. We will incorporate mindful movement with our breath as we safely build our practice from the ground up. Increase your physical, mental, and emotional flexibility, strength and endurance with this fun and functional flow class.
Prenatal Yoga
Find comfort in caring for your body, mind, and baby in our prenatal yoga session. Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you transition into your new stage of life. We will work on building strength, flexibility, and balance, while easing any symptoms you may be experiencing along your journey. Feel more deeply connected to yourself, your baby, and a like-minded community as we use our breath and relaxation techniques, no matter what stage you’re in.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa, which translates to “flowing with breath,” joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady rhythm within the practice. Vinyasa flow classes are designed to build heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Gentle Flow
Whether you are new to yoga, want a refresher, or simply want to practice with yoga basics, this class is for you. Gentle flow is a combination of a slower paced flow followed by a series of floor based poses. We will explore breathing, postures, and mindfulness, and how each of these work together to empower you to grow and evolve to live your life to the fullest!
Vinyasa for Strength and Mobility
Vinyasa strength and mobility incorporates the use of bands, straps, or light weights into a vinyasa style class to create a full body workout. We warm the body up with sun salutations and mobility work, add repetitions of certain poses, and end with some deep and gentle stretches. This class will get your heart, soul, and body feeling alive.
Welcome to a class tailored to your unique needs! Yoga for all is an inclusive practice geared towards working with all ability levels from beginner to advanced. Instructors offer modifications and options for all postures and encourage you to find what feels good as there are so many ways poses can look and feel. This class will help you grow in new ways in your practice, while opening up your mind, body and spirit to its fullest potential.
Embodied Being with Savi | Being Embodied
Sessions include an intuitively guided fusion of accessible, embodied movement (inspired by kriya yoga | kundalini yoga | body tapping | somatic healing movement, etc.), conscious breath, affirmative mantra repetition, guided meditation, intentional rest, and space to connect, integrate, and reflect.

Chair Yoga
Unique yoga class focusing on practicing asanas (poses) using a chair. This class is a wonderful way to experience asana in a whole new light using both seated and standing poses! This class will challenge you, build strength and flexibility, and offer many options for modifying poses to find more ease OR more intensity! This class is appropriate for all levels. This class may incorporate some vinyasa.
Private Class
Any of our sessions can be scheduled for a private class for yourself or a small group of your friends (3-4). Private sessions are a beautiful way to take your practice to a deeper level of understanding while getting specialized knowledge and attention based on your unique wellBEing needs and goals.
