Spring is a time to lovingly tend to the gardens of our BEing-ness, a time to nurture the seeds of our becoming as we expand and grow into all that we are, and all that we are here to be.

In Embodied BEing we consciously listen to + honor our bodies and our feelings. Through intentional embodied (accessible, dynamic, and even playful) movement along with sequences of conscious breath, we support our bodies need to move, flow, and find balance, while giving stuck or stagnant energy and emotions a safe pathway to release as we bring an active reset to mind, body, spirit.
We’re in these bodies very much on purpose.
