Join Savi and Mark this January! Experience how to harness the power of your breath to live your most authentic, vital, connected, embodied life.


This is the year you choose YOU again.

6 PM | 75 min | $25/session

    • Interactive, experiential breathwork alchemy guided by Savi
    • Intentional rest and sound alchemy guided by Mark
    • Reflection and integration with group sharing

Join us and learn how to harness the power of the breath to:

    (release and relieve stress, anxiety, stored emotions, stagnant energy, etc.)
  • Boost the immune system
    (support healthier immune response through the winter)

    (activate greater mental focus + clarity)

    (recharge energy, stamina, vitality, intuitive awareness, etc.) 

Each session, Savi will guide the group through a sequence of accessible and beneficial breathwork exercises to facilitate a releasing, relaxing, and re-energizing reset.

No prior experience necessary.
If you breathe, this class is for you! (That’s ALL of us!!)

Attend all three for maximum reboot and boosting benefits 

Or, attend any combination of the three, your choice.

Preparation:

  • Refrain from a full dinner until after the session (conscious breathing is best experienced on a nearly empty stomach, eating a light snack 30-60 minutes before is OK)
  • We will be primarily sitting and lying down. Chairs are available if needed.

What to Bring:

Anything else you need for your personal comfort

Yoga mat

Cushion/pillow
